The
process

From the first message to aftercare, I lead every stage with a clear artistic vision, creating a piece shaped by your story and your body.

Tell me what you want to express, the references that speak to you, the approximate size, and the placement on your body.

Carefor your ink.

A fresh tattoo is an open wound. Consistent, gentle care helps it heal cleanly and protects the work for years to come.

01 / FRESH

Dark &
beautiful

Right after the session, your tattoo will look vivid and sharp because no healed layer of skin has formed over the fresh ink yet.

02 / HEALING

The changing
stage

From around day two, flaking or light scabbing can make the tattoo look dull. The skin underneath may briefly appear shiny or pale.

03 / SETTLED

Beautiful
again

Once peeling is complete, the artwork becomes clear again. The color may look softer than on day one because new skin now covers the ink.

Your daily
ritual.

For the first three days, focus only on cleaning. From day four, keep the same cleaning steps and add a very thin layer of moisturizer.

01
Remove the bandageDay one only

For a standard bandage, gently remove it 2 to 4 hours after your session in a clean environment. If ROS used another type of dressing, follow the specific timing you were given.

02
Wash your handsDays 1 to 14

Wash thoroughly with soap and water before touching your tattoo.

03
Clean gentlyDays 1 to 14

Use mild soap and water to remove excess ointment, ink, or dried blood. Do not scrub.

04
Let it air dryDays 1 to 14

Air drying is best. If you need to dry it sooner, use a clean paper towel and gently pat the area with light touches. Never rub.

05
Moisturize lightlyDays 4 to 14

After cleaning and drying, apply a very thin layer of Hustle Butter, my preferred tattoo cream, or Aquaphor. Aquaphor is very rich, so use an extra thin layer.

06
Repeat dailyTwo-week ritual

Clean at least twice a day and whenever the tattoo becomes sweaty or dirty. For the first three days, clean without moisturizer. From day four through day fourteen, continue cleaning and add a very thin layer of moisturizer.

Protect the process.

  • Do not scratch, peel, or pick at the tattoo.
  • Do not submerge it in water or swim until it is fully healed.
  • Keep it out of direct sunlight while it heals.
  • Avoid physical exercise and heavy sweating throughout the two-week aftercare period.

Keep it vibrant.

Once fully healed, keep the skin moisturized and protect the tattoo outdoors with broad-spectrum, water-resistant SPF 30+ sunscreen.

Sun protection helps preserve the color and clarity of the piece over time.
