Who is responsible

ROS operates this portfolio and tattoo request experience. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to inkbyros@gmail.com.

Information you provide

When you use the inquiry form, ROS may receive your name, email address, phone number, optional Instagram username, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, and up to three reference images.

Please do not include medical records or other sensitive health information in this form. Any information needed for a safe session should be discussed directly at the appropriate stage.

How it is used

• To review and respond to your tattoo request.
• To communicate about the project, availability, scheduling, and preparation.
• To protect the form and website from misuse.
• To maintain necessary records connected with an accepted project.

Form and hosting services

The form is delivered through FormSubmit and the website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. These services may process submitted information and basic technical data to deliver, secure, and operate the website.

The site does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Hosting providers may keep limited request, device, browser, security, or diagnostic information as part of normal service operation.

Instagram and external links

The site displays Instagram-related information and links to the @inkbyros profile. When you follow an external link, that service controls its own collection and use of information under its own policy.

Sharing

Personal information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers needed to host the site, deliver the form, communicate with you, maintain security, or comply with a valid legal obligation.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an accepted project, resolve a concern, meet recordkeeping needs, or comply with law. Reasonable measures are used to protect it, but no online service or email delivery can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask what information ROS holds about your inquiry, request a correction, or ask for deletion when no legal or operational reason requires continued retention. Send the request from the email address used in the form to inkbyros@gmail.com.

The inquiry form and tattoo services are intended for adults age 18 or older. Do not submit information if you are under 18.
