What this site is

This site presents the portfolio, process, aftercare guidance, and inquiry form of ROS. The information is general and may change as the work and services evolve.

Inquiries are not bookings

Sending the form does not create an appointment, price agreement, or obligation to work together. A booking exists only after ROS accepts the project and the date, price, deposit, and any specific conditions are confirmed directly in writing.

Please provide accurate contact and project information so the request can be reviewed properly.

Project selection and design

ROS may accept, decline, or propose changes to a project based on artistic direction, placement, scale, technical feasibility, timing, or safety. The final composition remains an artistic decision developed for the body and the individual project.

Exact copies of another artist's tattoo or protected artwork are not offered. References are used to communicate mood, subject, and direction.

Age and identification

Tattoo services are offered only to adults age 18 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required before the session. Providing false age or identity information may cancel the appointment.

Scheduling, deposits, and pricing

Any deposit, rescheduling, cancellation, no-show, and final-price conditions will be provided when a project is accepted. Those written appointment details form part of the agreement for that project and take priority if they are more specific than this page.

If a client does not attend an appointment and provides no notice, the deposit will be forfeited. The maximum grace period for any appointment is 20 minutes from the scheduled start time. After that period, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Final pricing may depend on placement, scale, complexity, and the time required to complete the work.

Health, safety, and the session

Do not send sensitive medical information through the public inquiry form. Before an appointment, you must disclose directly any information that could affect safe tattooing, including relevant allergies, medications, skin conditions, pregnancy, or other health concerns.

ROS may pause or decline a session when consent, sobriety, hygiene, skin condition, conduct, or another safety concern makes proceeding inappropriate.

Healing and results

Tattooing involves the skin and carries inherent risks. Healing varies between people, body areas, skin types, and aftercare routines. Follow the instructions provided by ROS and seek medical advice from a qualified professional if you have a health concern.

No identical match to a digital image, reference, or freshly completed tattoo can be guaranteed over time. Touch-ups are assessed individually.

Artwork, photographs, and references

Original designs, site text, photography, video, branding, and visual presentation remain the intellectual property of ROS or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, sold, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

By uploading a reference image, you confirm that you have the right to share it for consultation. Any permission to photograph or publish the finished tattoo will be discussed separately and can be declined before photography.

Website use and third parties

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, submit malicious files, impersonate another person, scrape protected content, or misuse the inquiry form.

The site uses or links to third-party services, including Instagram, website hosting, and form processing. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

The website is provided for portfolio and inquiry purposes. Reasonable care is taken to keep it useful and accurate, but uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing on the site is medical or legal advice. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
